I like to introduce change as a process of elective evolution—one that begins with identifying a need, creating a space for that need and allowing for positive growth into that space.

The health of a company is directly connected to the health of its leaders which is why I focus my work from the top-down—by instilling practices that will ensure more cohesion, effectiveness, purpose and joy.

I work this way because I think of growth as not only expanding but also as a deepening, invigorating the vitality of our lives and the missions of our companies.
